The Turnkey project involved:
- Strip out existing furniture and services
- Supply and install new suspended ceiling and Category 2 lights
- IT (Category 5a)
- Supply and install new Polyflor XI vinyl flooring
- Supply and Installation of air conditioning
- Decorating
- Supply and install underbench cupboards and tray units supporting "TRESPA" worksurfaces
- Supply and installation of Mechanical Services, Water, Gas and Waste
- Supply and Installation of Electrical Services
- Supply and Installation of Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Sinks and Taps
- Installation of Partitions
This project was completed within a 6 week period. |
